The ideal candidate possesses exceptional aesthetic sensibility, advanced Figma capabilities, and the capacity to independently craft remarkable user interfaces from strategic guidance. This position demands an individual who can transform high-level strategic directives into comprehensive interface solutions without constant supervision. You'll be responsible for conceptualizing extraordinary UI experiences and translating them into elegant, functional code while maintaining exceptional quality standards. Responsibilities - Design and implement outstanding interfaces utilizing Figma and AI design platforms (hero.ui.chat, v0.dev, same.new) based on strategic references, working independently with minimal intervention. - Develop production-ready code using Next.js 14.0+, React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS with extraordinary precision, eliminating the requirement for extensive QA oversight. - Construct scalable, component-driven UIs leveraging structured design systems (NextUI, HeroUI) while preserving consistency, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility. - Transform strategic requirements into intuitive, user-centric interfaces and collaborate effectively with product teams while maintaining design autonomy. Qualifications - Designer-to-developer professional with sophisticated Figma expertise, having originated in UI/UX design before transitioning to frontend development. - Autonomous design excellence with the capability to generate comprehensive interfaces from high-level references, demonstrating exceptional attention to detail. - Frontend and AI tool proficiency featuring 2+ years experience with Next.js, React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and contemporary AI design tools for rapid interface generation. - Demonstrated independent problem-solving skills in constructing and maintaining scalable component architectures while resolving design and technical challenges autonomously. Nice to Have - Experience with design systems and component-based architectural approaches. - Background in direct-to-consumer product development or performance marketing. - Expertise in optimizing accessibility and usability.
