Develop comprehensive user journey maps to guide product development
Create low to mid-fidelity wireframes for interface design
Execute usability testing to validate design decisions
Collaborate with stakeholders to establish design criteria and refine solutions
Lead brainstorming and collaborative design workshops with product groups
Support UI designers in advancing designs from mid to high fidelity
Deliver completed sprint deliverables including research findings and design assets
Produce documentation for user scenarios and experience flows
Validate prototypes and workflows with end users and financial professionals
Present concepts for review and testing with key stakeholders
