Fidelis Cybersecurity, Inc. is hiring a UX / UI Developer to contribute to our product development process from the initial setup experience through the full product lifecycle. This role requires a blend of technical front-end expertise and a strong understanding of product development fundamentals.
What You'll Do
- Support the user experience process, from initial set-up and install through the product lifecycle.
- Understand the fundamentals of product development and the role of your functional processes.
- Manage vendor relationships by establishing good working rapport and providing timely feedback.
- Communicate accurate and timely project details and status with peers and team leads.
- Exhibit creativity and a curiosity to learn more.
- Understand project expectations and ask clarifying questions as issues arise.
What We're Looking For
- Experience developing rich applications with HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
- Experience building web services using one or more of: Python, Java, Node.js, Ruby, Go, .NET, or Scala.
- Experience with one or more relevant front-end frameworks like React, Angular, Ember, Vue.js, or Thymeleaf.
- Experience with test frameworks such as Jest, Mocha, Jasmine, or Selenium.
- Proficiency in a broad range of software design approaches and common UX patterns.
- Knowledge of front-end software design patterns (e.g., asynchronicity, data binding, modules, MVC).
- Agile software development experience.
