Teamified is looking for a UX/UI Designer to lead design for our stablecoin-powered financial platform. You will own the creation of intuitive, UX-focused experiences for our mobile app and internal web tools, driving a cohesive user journey in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
What You'll Do
- Own and lead UX/UI design for the platform's mobile app and internal web apps, creating cohesive, delightful user experiences.
- Build and maintain a scalable design system for consistent, high-quality app experiences.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to iterate rapidly.
- Mentor and guide junior designers.
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of professional UX/UI design experience.
- At least 3+ years of expertise designing Fintech products for Mobile and Desktop dashboards.
- Proven experience building and managing design systems and conducting user research.
- Strong skills in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
Nice to Have
- Web3 or challenger bank experience is a strong plus.

Team & Environment
