Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle UX/UI design for digital products, spanning research, concept development, wireframing, prototyping, and developer collaboration
- Create user-focused designs that ensure clarity and accessibility across web and mobile interfaces
- Help build and update design systems and reusable component libraries in Figma to maintain visual and functional consistency
- Utilize Figma and other design tools effectively, applying knowledge of components, styles, and theming principles
- Engage in usability testing activities to collect user insights and inform iterative design improvements
- Work closely with the Digital Team Lead and other collaborators to transform ideas into functional design solutions
- Develop clear and effective user flows that follow established platform conventions
- Adhere to existing brand and interface guidelines to deliver unified product experiences
- Share design deliverables with team members and stakeholders, integrating feedback to enhance outcomes
- Coordinate with designers, engineers, content specialists, and project leads to meet project timelines and objectives
