Responsibilities
- Lead generative and formative research initiatives, including user journey mapping, wireframing, sitemap development, content matrices, experience mapping, and prototyping to guide projects from concept to execution.
- Communicate and present UX strategies and deliverables internally and to clients, emphasizing strategic thinking beyond visual design.
- Utilize A/B testing, data analytics, and business intelligence tools to inform design decisions.
- Rapidly translate concepts into minimum viable products for testing and validation.
- Apply a data-centric methodology to uncover client business goals, user needs, and market opportunities or constraints.
- Design and implement effective channels for delivering insights through advanced data visualization techniques.
- Demonstrate strong communication abilities, including storytelling, presentation, and visual explanation, to gain support for strategic recommendations across large organizations.
- Showcase proven success in solving complex business challenges by designing high-quality user experiences for enterprise-level programs.
- Possess prior experience in fast-moving creative environments, ideally within creative or communication agencies.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects efficiently while adhering to deadlines and quality standards.
- Take functional ownership of solutions, control project scope, and oversee CSS/HTML implementation processes.

- Articulate and present UX strategy/ UX deliverables within the firm and to our clients which extends beyond visual design.
- Experience with A/B testing, data analytics and business intelligence platforms
- Ability to move very quickly from an idea to MVP for exploration
- Have a data driven approach and help with insight delivery to help understand clients’ business, their needs, and the opportunities and challenges that exist in their categories
- Develop insight delivery channels that better visualize and present key insights
- Strong communication skills (presentation, story-telling, visualization) and the ability to get buy-in for recommended ideas/ strategy within a large organization.
- Proven uses-case and experience complex business problems by designing best-in-class experiences for large-scale programs
- Prior experience working within a fast-paced creative environment preferably within a communication or creative agency setting
- Able to balance work on several projects at a time while meeting all deadlines.
- Assume functional ownership of the solution, manage scope of the project effectively; Provide oversight on processes involved CSS/ HTML
