Responsibilities
- Define and guide the UX vision for financial tools and advisor-facing platforms to deliver exceptional user experiences.
- Actively engage in all stages of design, including user research, journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
- Partner with stakeholders, product teams, and engineers to align business objectives with effective digital solutions.
- Create designs that integrate smoothly with Salesforce and other key financial technology systems.
- Use Figma and similar prototyping tools to quickly develop and test design iterations.
- Promote user-centered design methodologies and drive adoption of UX best practices company-wide.
- Guide and grow a team of UX professionals to support scalable, high-quality design outcomes.
- Monitor advancements in financial services and digital experience technologies to inform design innovation.
Compensation
Annual base salary expected between $170,000 and $190,000, with potential variation based on experience, expertise, location, and skills. Total compensation includes bonus opportunities and benefits such as medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k).
