Echo Global Logistics is looking for a UX Designer to build and advance our transportation management software (TMS). You will report to the UX Team Lead and collaborate cross-functionally to support a vision of quality, scalability, performance, and functionality.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Product Managers, and business stakeholders to define roadmaps and feature requirements.
- Create workflows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Work closely with front-end developers and QA engineers to bring products to production.
- Work with strategic analytics to test product features and understand user trends.
- Collaborate with fellow UX Designers and Front-End Engineers on establishing and maintaining design system components.
- Be an engaged member of the UX Design team, working to improve output across internal and external products.
- Participate in and contribute to the UX Design community through collaborative practices.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of professional experience as a UX Designer on a Product Team.
- High-level proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Adobe, Lucid, and Zeplin.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, comfortable leading conversations with senior leadership.
- A portfolio that displays strong problem-solving abilities, highlights your design process, and measures the impact of your previous work.
- Experience working across screen sizes and an understanding of responsive design principles and the 8 pt grid.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Experience in the logistics industry.

Team & Environment
You will report to the UX Team Lead and collaborate with Product Owners, Product Managers, business stakeholders, front-end developers, QA engineers, fellow UX Designers, and Front-End Engineers.
Benefits & Compensation
- Salary range: $84,950.00-$124,800.00 per year.
