Responsibilities
- Deliver administrative support to a group of individuals and teams across the organization.
- Manage intricate calendars in a high-speed setting, prioritizing commitments to optimize time and productivity.
- Arrange domestic and international travel.
- Track and process expense reports.
- Assist in planning, supporting, and executing office events and external gatherings.
- Operate independently and collaboratively with team members, colleagues, and external contacts.
- Proactively detect operational inefficiencies and propose strategic recommendations to improve how supported leaders allocate their time and energy.
- Act as a key communication link, translating complex information into clear, actionable updates for internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Previous administrative or personal support experience is advantageous.
- Strong ability to communicate clearly and professionally in writing and in person, including with senior leadership and external partners.
- Excellent digital literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft products (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Experience scheduling complex international and domestic travel itineraries.
- Familiarity with travel booking and expense reporting software.
Compensation
Total compensation may also include Restricted Stock units, sign-on bonus and other potential future incentives.
