LegalMatch Philippines is hiring a User Experience Analyst to be essential in maintaining and growing user engagement through research-driven design. In this remote role, you will champion intuitive, user-centered experiences, ensuring our digital products are accessible, engaging, and effective.

What You'll Do

Conduct qualitative and quantitative usability research.
Develop research plans and apply the appropriate testing methods.
Analyze user behavior and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams.
Build and maintain usability standards and UI guidelines.
Create checklists, documentation, and training materials.
Support iterative design through prototyping and wireframes.
Promote consistent and intuitive user experiences across products.
Monitor emerging UX trends and update practices accordingly.
Improve information architecture and navigation flow.
