Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in software development, engineering leadership, or technical delivery management.
- Demonstrated experience leading multiple Agile teams—using Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe frameworks—within large enterprise settings.
- Extensive hands-on expertise with Microsoft Power Platform tools including Power Apps and Power Automate, as well as Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipeline automation.
Nice to Have
- Prior work in government or regulated sectors involving compliance standards such as DHS, Federal, State, or Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) is strongly preferred.

Critical Requirement
High schedule flexibility required, including availability during both morning and evening hours with breaks, to effectively manage coordination between onshore and offshore development teams.
