At Nearsure, we are looking for a Sr Data and Insight Engineer to join our team. Your mission is to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and accessibility of data, enabling meaningful insights and informed decisions. You will be responsible for building and maintaining robust data pipelines while working with modern data platforms.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and objectives.
- Develop and maintain efficient data pipelines for data collection, processing, and cleaning.
- Utilize expertise in Python and AI to enhance data processing and analysis capabilities.
- Work with platforms such as AEP, Google Cloud, and AWS to manage and optimize data infrastructure.
- Explore and implement best practices for data quality, integrity, and security.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address data-related challenges.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in data engineering.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- +5 years of experience working with Python (Data manipulation, scripting, and automation).
- +5 years of experience working with Datasets and Data Collection.
- +3 years of experience working with Cloud (AWS, GCP, AEP).
- +2 years of experience working with Artificial Intelligence (LLMs, RAG models - Machine Learning).
- Advanced English Level is required for this role as you will work with US clients.
Nice to Have
- +2 years of experience working with Airflow or Snowflake.
