Requirements
- You have experience as an ES, ESA, COSS, Site Agent, or in a comparable on-site leadership role within the railway or a related industry.
- You have strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to influence site teams and users, and turn them into capable users of our product.
- You are comfortable with technology and enthusiastic to develop an in-depth understanding of our products to provide on-site coaching and support to users.
- You take a meticulous approach and consistently follow established processes and procedures with accuracy.
- You instinctively take initiative to find and fix problems, thinking out of the box to find ways to make things better.
Nice to Have
- Practical, hands-on experience of on-the-ground delivery of new technologies, delivering to a range of different kinds of users with different levels of tech-savviness.
- Experience with project management tools.
- Experience in project management disciplines such as planning, managing risks, dependencies, issues, timelines, budgets, scope, deliverables and quality.
- Some commercial awareness, such as understanding how to demonstrate the value of our work to clients during delivery.
Work Arrangement
Remote (City/Region) — East Coast Route
Additional Information
- This is a field-based role with regular client site visits.
- Primarily a nightshift role including weekend and bank holiday working.
- Flexibility to meet business and client needs is essential.
- Excellent policies covering travel, accommodation, and subsistence expenses.
- Fatigue management and time off in lieu provided.
- A full driving licence is required.
- Must hold or be eligible to obtain a Personal Track Safety (PTS) qualification.
