About the Role
The role involves building and maintaining backend systems for a digital workplace platform using Unily and Microsoft technologies, focusing on scalability, security, and integration across enterprise services.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement backend components for Unily-based platforms
- Develop scalable APIs to support internal collaboration tools
- Maintain and optimize existing Unily infrastructure
- Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements
- Ensure system reliability and performance under high usage
- Troubleshoot and resolve backend issues in production environments
- Write clean, maintainable code following engineering best practices
- Participate in code reviews and technical design discussions
- Integrate third-party services with internal platforms
- Support identity and access management systems
- Implement data synchronization across multiple systems
- Monitor system health and respond to alerts
- Document technical architecture and system workflows
- Follow security protocols for data protection and compliance
- Work with DevOps to streamline deployment pipelines
- Contribute to incident response and root cause analysis
- Optimize database queries and backend processing
- Support single sign-on and authentication flows
- Assist in platform upgrades and version migrations
- Ensure solutions meet accessibility and usability standards
- Collaborate with product managers to define technical requirements
