Responsibilities
- Lead UX design for two intricate security solutions, from problem identification to delivery.
- Collaborate daily with Product Management and Engineering teams to define requirements and deliver high-quality designs.
- Maintain and enhance the shared design system to ensure product consistency and reduce design debt.
- Utilize AI tools to streamline UX processes, including ideation, prototyping, content generation, and design iteration.
- Conduct user research, including usability tests and interviews, to validate design choices and understand user needs.
- Design comprehensive user flows, error states, and edge cases with a focus on clarity, usability, and feature adoption.
- Present and justify design decisions at weekly critiques, incorporating feedback for continuous improvement.
- Develop deep expertise in both products to inform design decisions based on user behavior and real-world security workflows.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of UX design experience, or Master’s degree with 3+ years, or equivalent work experience.
- A portfolio showcasing hands-on design execution for complex, data-dense, or technical SaaS products.
- Expert proficiency with Figma and standard design tools, with the ability to work efficiently within an established design system.
- Proven ability to manage multiple products independently, setting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience conducting user research and translating findings into actionable design improvements.
- Strong communication skills to present design rationale clearly and incorporate feedback constructively.
- A track record of delivering high-quality, production-ready designs consistently and on time.
