Responsibilities
- Interpret project briefs and transform them into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for diverse devices and internal collaboration.
- Create user personas and detailed user scenarios to guide design direction.
- Shape the product vision by conducting research, ideation, sketching, prototyping, and user testing for digital platforms.
- Recognize design challenges and develop effective, visually pleasing solutions.
- Make key decisions on design and user experience for both existing and new features.
- Apply user-centered design principles with frequent testing and iterative improvements.
- Work closely with team members and stakeholders, using usability tests to better understand goals and challenges.
- Gain insights into end users through primary research like interviews and secondary data such as traffic analytics.
- Stay informed about emerging technology trends that could impact client operations.
- Support pre-sales, post-sales, and product development efforts to acquire and retain clients.
- Share expertise, insights, and design best practices with both client teams and internal colleagues.
