Job Summary:
Facilitates marketing strategy implementation by crafting premium visual materials, engaging with internal and external clients, and maintaining consistent brand representation across deliverables. Enhances team functionality through reliable administrative assistance and efficient project management.
They also:
- Engage with clients to strategize and conceptualize marketing initiatives
- Generate visual materials aligned with project specifications and branding standards
- Create preliminary layouts, refine designs based on feedback, and produce final multichannel assets
- Process completed materials for printing, vendor production, or internal completion
- Document finished work and support fundamental marketing performance tracking
- Participate in scheduled team gatherings and maintain consistent semester work availability
- Submit required personnel documentation punctually
- Utilize project management platforms to monitor assignments and meet deadlines
- Maintain a professional and structured collaborative workspace
Skills:
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and design software across Mac/PC platforms
- Capability to operate autonomously and collaboratively while meeting strict deadlines
- Openness to artistic guidance and constructive feedback
- Exceptional creativity, precision, and organizational capabilities
This position reports to the UC Marketing Student Manager and UC Marketing Specialist. Position qualifies for internship or experiential learning credit.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must commit 10-20 weekly hours during semester, establish consistent work schedule by semester's first week, attend staff meetings/events. Summer and Winterim hours potentially available but not guaranteed.
Preferred Qualifications
Graphic design majors preferred; enthusiasts with fundamental technical skills encouraged. Additional preference for candidates with minimum two remaining semesters at UWSP.
Education
Must be part-time student (minimum 6 undergraduate/5 graduate credits), maintaining 2.0+ cumulative and semester GPAs throughout employment.
