Responsibilities
- Lead and organize turnaround operations at refinery or chemical plant locations
- Manage daily work execution by external contractors and field technicians
- Ensure all on-site activities comply with company health, safety, and environmental standards as well as client specifications
- Assist in site assessments, initial visits, and defining project scope
- Examine project-specific contract terms and guarantee full client delivery
- Generate accurate and detailed documentation such as reports, inspection results, and risk assessments
- Work closely with internal departments including quality control, project management, and technical drafting
- Support business growth initiatives, with a focus on the Benelux area
- Perform initial setup tasks and routine maintenance on equipment between project cycles
