Responsibilities
- Enhance the company's market presence and recognition of its international trust services within the global wealth management community across Emerging Eurasia.
- Develop professional relationships with third-party advisors such as lawyers, bankers, chartered accountants, and tax advisors active in financial markets including Kazakhstan, Turkey, Armenia, Uzbekistan, and Azerbaijan.
- Assist the team in managing wealth planning for existing clients in the Middle East and Asia.
Requirements
- Approximately five years of business experience in trust and wealth planning for high-net-worth individuals.
- Work experience in a trust company or law firm specializing in private clients and/or single or multi-family offices.
- Familiarity with wealth planning for high-net-worth individuals, particularly involving arts and collectibles, real estate, and shipping.
- Knowledge of legal aspects of private investments, real estate transactions, and corporate holdings, including drafting contracts, conducting due diligence, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Hold an LL.M. degree relevant to the role's requirements.
- Familiarity with Sharia law and its application in wealth planning.
- Perfect command of English, Italian, and Russian, both written and spoken.
