Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance in the truck tire market to expand market share and support sustainable business growth
- Provide direct sales support to tire dealers and fleet operators
- Operate within a designated micro region, specifically Vitória da Conquista-BA
- Conduct monthly performance reviews using sales data segmented by customer and region
- Visit customers regularly to implement corrective actions for underperforming accounts in areas such as sales volume, quality, or financial outcomes
- Evaluate customer accounts for onboarding and offboarding decisions
- Perform technical assessments of tire products at dealer and fleet locations
- Ensure all required documentation is completed and accurate when opening new accounts
- Engage directly with end users when issues arise, such as payment defaults or document requirements
- Track resale order fulfillment to align with sales targets
- Assess individual customer needs to enhance purchase quality and volume
- Monitor regional pricing trends to balance sales volume and profitability
- Follow up on customer requests and track monthly order volumes and outcomes
- Draft and manage commercial correspondence
- Collect market intelligence during routine customer visits
- Submit and track documentation for credit limit adjustments
- Strategically manage customer credit limits to support regional growth objectives
