About the Role
Lead the design, execution, and analysis of agronomic trials focused on regenerative practices, working closely with farming partners to scale sustainable techniques and deliver data-driven insights.
Responsibilities
- Oversee planning and implementation of multi-location field trials
- Develop protocols for measuring soil health and crop performance
- Collaborate with farmers to integrate regenerative methods
- Monitor trial progress and ensure data accuracy
- Train field staff in standardized data collection
- Evaluate cover cropping systems and crop rotation strategies
- Analyze trial outcomes to inform best practices
- Produce technical reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Support the development of agronomic tools and guidelines
- Coordinate with research partners and academic institutions
- Manage trial budgets and timelines
- Identify opportunities for innovation in soil management
- Ensure compliance with environmental and safety standards
- Troubleshoot agronomic challenges in real time
- Facilitate knowledge transfer through workshops and field days
- Integrate remote sensing and digital tools into trial monitoring
- Track long-term impacts of regenerative practices
- Optimize input use efficiency across trial sites
- Maintain detailed records of trial activities and results
- Contribute to grant proposals and funding initiatives
