Responsibilities
- Safely and successfully commission water treatment systems for custom bridge and expanded scope projects, spanning construction through to operational handover.
- Identify and resolve systemic problems by coordinating with relevant technical experts to implement effective solutions.
- Leverage on-site observations and technical expertise to develop strategies that address customer-specific challenges.
- Apply optimization methods to improve plant performance and efficiency.
- Execute optimization of PLC, HMI, and control systems to ensure smooth project closure after commissioning.
- Provide training and mentorship to internal teams and partners on site evaluations, commissioning procedures, and troubleshooting of specialized water treatment systems.
- Maintain high service standards by managing client expectations and overseeing field team performance at project sites.
- Collaborate with service engineers, product specialists, and control system teams to document and resolve technical issues promptly.
