Responsibilities
- Coordinate with engineering and on-site teams to align on production timelines and verify availability of materials, equipment, and personnel.
- Examine fabrication drawings, design criteria, material specifications, and project documentation.
- Contribute technical expertise to the development of project execution plans and scheduling strategies.
- Identify potential risks related to production, materials, equipment, or processes that may affect cost or timeline.
- Assess daily progress, schedule adherence, and financial forecasts to monitor project health.
- Deliver weekly updated project schedules for reporting to clients and leadership.
- Develop and maintain a rolling three-week work plan to guide near-term activities.
- Alert engineering and project leadership of major schedule deviations and help formulate corrective actions.
- Lead the initiation and tracking of all Requests for Information (RFIs).
- Report precise work quantities using designated cost codes to ensure accurate financial tracking.
- Coordinate billing processes with accounting for materials, equipment, and subcontractor services.
- Verify required certifications and permits necessary to carry out project tasks.
