Responsibilities
- Assist in organizing, managing, and tracking multiple language projects using project management platforms to meet deadlines and project scopes.
- Help develop and update project timelines and schedules, ensuring they align with service level agreements and client expectations.
- Track ongoing project developments, identifying progress, obstacles, and achievements throughout each project lifecycle.
- Assist in creating and managing project records such as plans, status reports, and client communications using document management systems like SharePoint.
- Generate pricing estimates and issue invoices using project and accounting tools to support revenue generation and financial targets.
- Ensure all projects follow internal quality standards and operational procedures to uphold service excellence.
- Detect inaccuracies or inefficiencies and escalate findings to appropriate team members or managers.
- Provide meeting support, including taking notes and sharing action items or minutes with relevant team members.
