Requirements
- Proven experience in business or digital transformation, consulting, or organisational change.
- Strong knowledge of agile ways of working, organisational agility, and operating/delivery model design.
- Familiarity with frameworks such as or attributed to agile at scale, ITIL, and OKRs.
- Demonstrated ability to diagnose organisational challenges and co-create solutions with diverse stakeholders.
- Skilled facilitator with experience leading workshops and driving alignment across senior leaders and teams.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to translate insight into action.
- Outcome-oriented mindset with a focus on impact, simplicity, and continuous improvement.
- Growth mindset, learning agility, and openness to new practices and ideas.
- Ability to balance autonomy with responsibility while fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.
