- Must have experience with Transmission and interconnection agreements (LGIAs, TSAs)
- Must have experience with Operations & Maintenance (O&M) agreements
- Must have experience with Equipment supply and turbine agreements
- Must have experience with Engineering, procurement and construction agreements (EPC, BOP)
- Must be able to advise on warranty claims, contractor performance, and offtaker disputes
- Must have experience structuring, reviewing, and negotiating debt and equity financing structures
- Must have experience with project level financing
- Must have experience with back-leverage debt
- Must have experience with corporate level bank or bond financings
- Must have experience with leases and sale-leasebacks
- Must have experience with tax equity partnership documents and credit transfer sale documents
- Must have experience with multilateral agency financings
- Must have experience with industrial revenue bonds
- Must have experience drafting, negotiating, and advising on purchase and sale of assets and equity interests
- Must have experience drafting, negotiating, and managing joint venture arrangements
- Must have experience drafting, reviewing, and managing non-disclosure/confidentiality agreements (NDAs)
- Must have experience with master service and supply agreements
- Must have experience with vendor, consulting, and procurement agreements
- Must provide practical, responsive legal support for internal clients to enable timely business execution
- Must partner with internal stakeholders including Finance, Tax, Accounting, Insurance, and Supply Chain
- Must ensure contract alignment with commercial objectives
- Must ensure compliance with internal policies and risk frameworks
