Responsibilities
- Input and manage new construction property listings in MLS and internal databases with precision.
- Complete all backend setup tasks required to activate listings for public visibility.
- Adjust listing prices promptly according to builder directives.
- Manage digital presentation materials, including virtual tours and marketing content, for active listings.
- Revise spreadsheets, promotional documents, and property flyers to reflect current inventory data.
- Keep property records such as disclosures, floor plans, and marketing files systematically stored in Google Drive.
- Monitor photography needs and oversee the upload and organization of property media.
- Generate and distribute sales performance reports for builder clients like Lennar.
- Help manage repair logs and punch-list tracking to maintain property readiness for viewings.
- Initiate and supervise transaction processes and automated workflows in the CRM system.
- Support internal coordination by monitoring listing progress and adherence to timelines.
- Deliver routine updates to Buyer Agents about available units, pricing adjustments, and listing status.
- Answer incoming inquiries from agents and potential buyers regarding specific properties.
- Provide accurate, procedure-based responses in line with established SOPs.
- Assist with after-hours calls from agents on weekends when required.

- Maintain organized property documentation including disclosures, floor plans, and listing assets within Google Drive.
- Track photography requirements and ensure property media is properly uploaded and cataloged.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports for builder partners such as Lennar.
- Assist in maintaining repair and punch-list tracking sheets to ensure properties remain ready for showings.
- Trigger and monitor transaction workflows and automations within the CRM to ensure listing milestones are met.
- Support internal operations by tracking listing progress and ensuring timelines remain on schedule.
- Send regular updates to Buyer Agents (BAs) regarding new inventory, price changes, and status updates.
- Respond to inbound inquiries regarding specific listings from agents and prospective buyers.
- Provide clear responses based on standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Assist with occasional weekend calls from agents, when needed.
