Responsibilities
- Evaluate system features and functionality to inform training development
- Collaborate with training leads, scriptwriters, application leads, and subject matter experts to create course content and learning programs
- Create and manage Adobe FrameMaker templates and associated scripts
- Update training resources to meet the needs of adult learners
- Perform task analysis to identify key training components
- Collect and integrate subject matter content into learning materials
- Apply established instructional design models and methodologies
- Use learning technologies like Learning Gateway to improve training effectiveness
- Align training design and delivery with defined learning outcomes
- Produce templates, visual elements, and audiovisual content for online training, web-based modules, instructor guides, PowerPoint decks, participant handouts, assessments, job aids, and classroom tools
