Fixpoint is looking for Training and Development Specialists for a focused research project supporting a leading AI company. In this contract role, you will apply your professional expertise to help shape how next-generation AI understands real-world Health Care and Social Assistance operations.
What You'll Do
- Use your expertise to explain the challenges and required skillsets of the Training and Development Specialist role.
- Define what excellence looks like within the Training and Development Specialist profession.
- Design questions related to the occupation of a Training and Development Specialist.
- Present information using a variety of instructional techniques or formats.
- Obtain, organize, or develop training procedure manuals, guides, or course materials.
- Evaluate modes of training delivery to optimize for effectiveness, cost, or environmental impact.
- Design and offer specific training programs to help workers maintain or improve job skills.
- Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, focus groups, or direct consultation.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of full-time work experience as a Training and Development Specialist or in a closely related role.
- Native-level English communication skills.
- Current residency in the United States.
- Access to a laptop or desktop computer and reliable internet.
- Availability for at least 10 hours per week during the 3- to 4-week project engagement.
Work Mode
This is a fully remote, contract position open to qualified candidates across the United States.
