Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive testing of game features, functionality, and performance to detect defects and maintain high-quality standards.
- Carry out test cases and testing plans in alignment with project specifications and timelines.
- Log and monitor bugs using specified tracking systems, including clear, detailed reproduction steps.
- Support the development and upkeep of test documentation such as test cases, plans, and reports.
- Keep current with industry developments and new technologies in game testing methods and tools.
- Follow established quality assurance protocols to ensure consistent and efficient testing practices.
- Help refine QA processes by offering constructive feedback and improvement ideas.
- Complete additional duties as directed by the QA lead or supervisory staff.
