Responsibilities
- Review the shift schedule to support the main operator's tasks.
- Prepare and organize rubber compound materials near the feeding area.
- Coordinate with forklift personnel to deliver required compounds.
- Operate the feeding zone control panel to supply the RHP hopper.
- Monitor the rubber feed into the RHP screw to maintain smooth operation.
- Inspect materials during feeding for any foreign contaminants.
- Understand and respond appropriately if the metal detector activates.
- Maintain proper head back support during equipment changeovers.
- Support operations both upstream and downstream as needed.
