About the Role
This role involves providing frontline support to traders, handling trade-related inquiries, and ensuring accurate documentation and communication across teams.
Responsibilities
- Respond to trader inquiries promptly and accurately
- Assist with trade execution follow-up and confirmation processes
- Monitor trading activity for discrepancies or irregularities
- Liaise with internal departments to resolve trade issues
- Maintain detailed records of trade support activities
- Escalate complex issues following defined procedures
- Ensure compliance with internal operational standards
- Support onboarding of new trading products or systems
- Track and report on service-level metrics
- Facilitate communication between traders and back-office teams
- Verify trade details against source documentation
- Assist in resolving settlement discrepancies
- Provide input for process improvement initiatives
- Participate in testing of new trading tools or platforms
- Follow operational workflows for trade lifecycle events
- Assist during system outages or market volatility events
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of trading products
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities
- Ensure accurate data entry across trading systems
- Coordinate with compliance teams when required
- Assist in preparing reports for internal review
- Handle time-sensitive requests during trading hours
- Verify trader identities and authorizations
- Support audit preparation with accurate documentation
- Contribute to knowledge sharing within the team
