About the Role

This role is responsible for creating and managing marketing strategies tailored to specific trade channels, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and retailer goals. The individual will lead promotional planning, campaign execution, and performance analysis to strengthen channel partnerships and increase market share.

Responsibilities

  • Develop targeted marketing strategies for specific distribution channels
  • Collaborate with retail partners to design co-branded promotional campaigns
  • Analyze sales data to assess campaign effectiveness and optimize future efforts
  • Lead the development and deployment of in-market marketing materials
  • Coordinate timing and logistics for product launches within key channels
  • Monitor competitive activity and adapt strategies accordingly
  • Manage budgets for channel-specific marketing initiatives
  • Build strong relationships with key account teams and retail marketing contacts
  • Translate brand strategy into actionable trade-specific marketing plans
  • Ensure brand consistency across all channel marketing activities
  • Track key performance indicators and report on marketing ROI
  • Support the creation of sell-in and sell-through promotional materials
  • Work closely with sales teams to align marketing efforts with field execution
  • Identify opportunities for innovation in channel marketing approaches
  • Drive adoption of marketing programs through training and communication
  • Leverage consumer insights to inform channel-specific tactics
  • Oversee the production of marketing assets for trade use
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of retail trends and shopper behavior
  • Ensure compliance with marketing guidelines and regulatory requirements
  • Facilitate cross-functional alignment between marketing, sales, and operations
