Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain case records, including exhibit preparation and medical record analysis
- Communicate with external entities such as government offices to gather and assess public data
- Retrieve case-related information from court databases and other digital sources
- Summarize key transcripts to support case strategy
- Create timelines of significant events and supporting documentation
- Evaluate and structure documents received from opposing counsel and co-defendants
- Identify and prepare materials required for expert review
- Perform background investigations on adverse parties and expert witnesses
- Maintain case files and ensure proper document organization
- Track and analyze data from electronic filing and service systems
- Complete additional tasks as assigned by legal team
