Responsibilities

  • Organizes and manages all aspects of factory tour logistics
  • Develops work schedules for tour guides to ensure adequate staffing for planned tours
  • Gathers and processes data needed for standard and custom reporting using established formats
  • Handles general office tasks such as correspondence, invoicing, record keeping, expense payments, and documentation
  • Serves as the official representative during facility tours and public events
  • Provides training to tour guides on designated routes and key guest information
  • Conducts guided tours for dealers, educational groups, families, and customers

  • Initial contract duration is 3 years with strong potential for extension
  • Flexible scheduling available
  • Tour guides typically work between 4 to 12 hours per week based on availability and demand
  • Current shifts are Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm and 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm; Saturday from 10:00 am to 1:30 pm and 1:30 pm to 5:00 pm; Sunday from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm
  • Starting in November, weekday shifts will be divided into 9:00 am - 1:00 pm, 11:00 am - 2:00 pm, and 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm
  • Occasional weekend and holiday work is required on a rotating schedule
  • Tour guides may be assigned to lead VIP tours and support special events
  • Key annual events at the venue include Learn and Play Day in July, the Tractor Show in September, and Craft Day on the third Saturday of each month
  • Training will cover company background, historical context, exhibit details, and quality control areas

This includes supporting website development services as well as rich media ad design / development. Qualifications: • Associates degree or related experience in a technical field required• Professional experience in web development, including website development, building site pages and developing code• Working knowledge of developing and integrating themes into WordPress• HTML page creation from raw format design files – such as Photoshop PSD files• Fluent in CSS tableless layouts and experience with CSS frameworks such as Foundation or Bootstrap• Ability to write, debug and test scripting languages like Javascript and experience with frameworks such as jQuery and jQueryUI• API Integration into existing CMS systems (preferably WordPress)• Managing and organizing source code revisions and files with versioning tools such as Git or SVN• Build site pages, unit test, and support the implementation of customer web sites• Analyze and document user requirements.• Maintain and update new and existing customer websites• Acquire and maintain knowledge of current standards, policies and procedures• Collaborate with other team members and cross-functional units to ensure quality• Maintain and develop technical skills to keep current in systems programming and analysis techniques Additional Information: All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
