Sayari is seeking a Total Rewards Manager to develop, implement, and manage our compensation and benefits programs. You will ensure our total rewards strategy is competitive, equitable, and aligns with our business goals.
What You'll Do
- Design and manage global compensation programs, including salary structures, incentives, and equity plans.
- Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including health, wellness, and retirement plans.
- Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to ensure compensation packages remain competitive.
- Develop and implement policies and processes related to total rewards.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant federal, state, and local regulations.
- Collaborate with leadership and People Operations to communicate total rewards philosophy and programs effectively.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of progressive experience in total rewards, compensation, and benefits.
- Deep expertise in compensation analysis, design, and benchmarking.
- Proven experience managing and administering broad-based benefits programs.
- Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations (ERISA, FLSA, ACA, etc.).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
Nice to Have
- Experience in a fast-paced, scaling technology or data company.
- Experience with international compensation and benefits considerations.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CCP, CBP, CEBS).
