Responsibilities
- Assist in creating and maintaining product listings on the e-commerce platform, ensuring all details are accurate.
- Support website updates, product re-merchandising, and maintenance for launches, promotions, and seasonal events.
- Implement site improvements using basic knowledge of e-commerce tools and themes.
- Conduct regular site audits to ensure accuracy in content, product information, pricing, imagery, messaging, links, and functionality.
- Document and report site issues or bugs to the digital team.
- Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Klaviyo, Figma, and Photoshop to support daily e-commerce activities.
- Provide support during early-morning or late-night hours for major launches, site updates, or urgent business needs.
- Offer administrative and operational support to the digital team.
- Track inventory levels across different SKUs and coordinate with internal teams for restocks.
- Communicate with third-party logistics and warehouse partners regarding shipments and stock updates.
- Collaborate with creative and brand teams to prepare for e-commerce launches, ensuring all product information and assets are up-to-date and accurate.
- Assist in executing digital marketing campaigns, including email and SMS promotions.
- Generate and organize basic reports on sales, product performance, and site activity using the e-commerce platform.
- Identify trends and share insights with the broader team.
- Ensure site content complies with privacy and accessibility guidelines.
- Contribute to problem-solving efforts by identifying issues and proposing solutions.
- Maintain internal trackers and documentation to support site operations workflows.
- Monitor site performance and help identify issues or opportunities for improvement.
- Support testing and learning initiatives related to merchandising and site experience.

Requirements
- 3-5 years of e-commerce experience, including hands-on experience with the e-commerce platform.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Klaviyo, Figma, Photoshop).
- Strong organizational and communication skills with a proactive mindset.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Interest in e-commerce, digital marketing, and learning in a collaborative environment.
- Interest in online shopping behaviors and creating a great digital experience.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS is beneficial but not required.
