- Address all customer questions and concerns through the Seller Center Platform
- Forward any unresolved issues or important questions to the Director
- Oversee and track all TikTok return requests
- Oversee and track all TikTok orders and their fulfillment
- Stay updated on brand information and products through training sessions
- Deliver outstanding customer service with a goal of achieving 100% satisfaction and customer loyalty
