In this role, you will serve as the firsthand connection to customers, responding to and resolving all inquiries while contributing to overall brand satisfaction and retention. Responsibilities: - Respond to all inquiries for the TikTok customers through the Seller Center Platform - Escalate any complaints or necessary inquires to the Director - Manage and Monitor all TikTok Return Requests - Manage and Monitor all Tiktok Orders and fulfillments - Maintain brand knowledge and products via trainings - Provide excellent customer service while striving for 100% satisfaction and brand retention
