Responsibilities
- Lead investigations into threats affecting company platforms, services, and ecosystems, including internal incidents that may compromise corporate security, with proper escalation and communication to stakeholders.
- Perform inquiries into security breaches, policy violations, and other corporate security concerns, ensuring thorough documentation and appropriate escalation.
- Collect, evaluate, and maintain investigative data from sources such as surveillance footage, access logs, open-source intelligence, internal reports, and other evidence repositories.
- Conduct interviews and gather information from stakeholders, witnesses, and involved individuals to support fact-finding and threat evaluation.
- Analyze gathered data to determine event timelines, detect behavioral patterns, assess risks, and inform operational decisions.
- Create accurate, objective, and well-structured investigative records, reports, and updates following established standards.
- Manage cases from initiation to resolution based on threat severity and urgency, ensuring full documentation and integration into case tracking systems.
- Receive and assess threat reports using investigative tools to determine credibility, risk level, and necessary actions.
- Generate and distribute actionable intelligence to support organizational threat response and risk reduction strategies.
- Support strategic intelligence efforts by monitoring trends, scanning the horizon, and gathering threat data to identify risks to personnel, operations, facilities, and brand integrity.
- Contribute to intelligence products such as reports, trend analyses, and risk assessments that enable proactive security planning and organizational awareness.
- Track and evaluate emerging threat behaviors, methods, and techniques, producing written assessments to maintain forward-looking threat visibility.
- Make timely, responsible decisions to protect people, assets, and business continuity.
- Ensure adherence to corporate policies and global legal and regulatory standards, including compliance with digital services regulations.
- Escalate credible threats to law enforcement and work with agencies by providing evidence-supported justifications according to established protocols.
- Maintain collaborative relationships with law enforcement, government entities, industry peers, and internal teams to enable coordinated responses and intelligence exchange.
- Promote knowledge transfer and capability development through training sessions, presentations, and engagement with partners.
- Produce performance and operational reports highlighting trends, workload, quality metrics, and case categorization to support continuous improvement.
- Support initiatives aimed at enhancing processes, conducting post-incident reviews, capturing lessons learned, and advancing operational maturity.
- Assist with additional investigations, threat response activities, event security planning, and corporate security projects as needed.
- Engage in other duties consistent with the operational needs of the corporate security function.

- This role is a temporary assignment with an initial duration of 12 months and potential for extension.
- The position is staffed through the external partner Yoh.
- Work hours may include shifts from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., depending on operational needs.
- Scheduled workdays are Sunday through Thursday.
- Requires 2 to 3 days per week on-site.
- Occasional travel may be necessary.
- Must fulfill any state-mandated training or licensing requirements where applicable.
- Must comply with corporate policies and international legal and regulatory frameworks, including the Digital Services Act.
