Our Future Health is hiring a Third Party Assurance Manager

About the Role

As Third Party Assurance Manager at Our Future Health, you will play a key role in supporting us to deliver on our strategic aims. You will ensure supplier risks are well understood, effectively managed, and aligned to our wider organisational objectives.

What You'll Do

  • Design, own and continuously improve the organisation’s third-party assurance framework.
  • Coordinate supplier due diligence, onboarding, and ongoing assurance activities based on risk profile.
  • Manage a third-party assurance register, documenting supplier reviews, risk findings, and follow-up actions.
  • Develop and issue proportionate assurance questionnaires and assessment tools.
  • Conduct remote and in-person assurance reviews as appropriate.
  • Identify, escalate, and provide evidence-based recommendations for supplier risks or compliance gaps.
  • Help ensure alignment between third-party assurance and related processes like internal audits and contract governance.
  • Contribute to reporting on supplier risk and assurance activity.
  • Provide internal guidance and support to promote good assurance practices across the supplier lifecycle.
  • Maintain awareness of and apply relevant standards and regulatory frameworks.
  • Support wider Assurance Team activities to embed a consistent, proportionate approach to assurance.

Nice to Have

  • Experience designing, coordinating or managing supplier assurance or third-party risk processes within a complex or regulated organisation.
  • Knowledge of procurement, supplier risk, and contract compliance principles.
  • Understanding of relevant standards and frameworks, e.g. ISO 27001, ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 15189, ISO 17025, and GDPR.
  • Strong analytical and documentation skills with the ability to communicate risks and recommendations clearly.
  • Comfortable building productive relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
  • Familiarity with audits, compliance reviews, or risk-based supplier assessments.
  • Methodical, pragmatic, and proportionate in approach—able to balance risk, context, and impact.
  • Collaborative and credible communicator, able to guide a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently while coordinating cross-functional activity.

This is a hybrid role based out of our Central London office in Holborn.
