Responsibilities
- Partner with customer engineering teams during evaluation to set up simulations, execute test scenarios, and analyze outcomes that highlight product value.
- Work alongside sales to present product capabilities, lead proof-of-concept trials, and engage in detailed technical conversations with potential clients.
- Assist in onboarding and deploying solutions by offering technical expertise, hands-on training, and issue resolution during implementation and live operations.
- Gather feedback on customer challenges and process inefficiencies, then coordinate with internal product and engineering teams to drive enhancements.
- Conduct technical training and workshops to help customer teams integrate and expand use of the platform within their workflows.
- Attend industry conferences and semiconductor-focused events to deliver live demos, oversee booth operations, and interact with prospects and partners.
- Stay informed on competing technologies, market dynamics, and emerging trends to clearly articulate the platform’s competitive advantages.
