Vinci4D is hiring a Thermal Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Assist customer engineering teams during evaluation by setting up simulations, executing test scenarios, and analyzing outcomes to showcase platform benefits.
  • Partner with sales to present product demonstrations, lead proof-of-concept initiatives, and engage in detailed technical conversations with potential clients.
  • Guide customers through onboarding and implementation with technical support, instruction, and issue resolution during deployment and live operations.
  • Recognize customer workflow limitations and technical hurdles, then coordinate with internal product and development teams to refine features and usability.
  • Conduct technical training programs and workshops to help customer teams integrate and expand use of the platform within their engineering processes.
  • Attend industry conferences and semiconductor-focused events to deliver live demos, oversee exhibit presence, and interact technically with prospects and collaborators.
  • Stay informed on competing solutions, emerging trends, and market dynamics to clearly articulate the platform's advantages.
