Responsibilities
- Provide psychological evaluations for patients of all ages and their families, with a preference for working across the lifespan.
- Administer, interpret, and integrate a variety of psychological test batteries covering cognitive, emotional, behavioral, and academic domains.
- Deliver clear, evidence-based diagnostic impressions and actionable recommendations tailored to individual needs.
- Collaborate with and oversee psychometrists and psychometrist assistants, including test administration, scoring, and quality control.
- Offer compassionate feedback during live in-person testing sessions and create feedback videos to communicate findings and recommendations.
- Maintain a detail-oriented, process-focused approach to ensure accuracy of testing data and comprehensive reporting.
- Effectively use telehealth platforms for remote assessments, adapting testing strategies for virtual delivery.
- Conduct intake interviews, testing sessions, and live feedback sessions in person as needed.
Requirements
- Doctorate degree in Psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an American Psychological Association accredited program.
- Licensed Clinical Psychologist in at least one state.
- 3+ years of experience in psychological assessments with children, adolescents, or adults.
- Familiarity with evaluating complex behavioral health needs such as ASD, ADHD, mood disorders, anxiety, and trauma.
- Expertise in psychological and psychoeducational assessment tools like BASC, Conners, ADOS, WAIS, and WISC.
- Effective therapeutic communication skills.
- Proficiency with telehealth platforms and remote testing tools.
- Experience conducting testing virtually.
- Ability to deliver care virtually or in person and within your own office space.
- Must successfully pass a drug screen and background check.
