Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the test strategy, test plans, and testing scope for complex telecommunications systems
- Oversee and coordinate full lifecycle testing, including system, integration, regression, and acceptance phases
- Schedule and supervise testing timelines, resource allocation, and budget adherence
- Detect potential quality and testing risks, establish risk mitigation measures, and report findings to stakeholders
- Ensure comprehensive and risk-prioritized test coverage across new and existing telecom functionalities
- Lead the planning and execution of customer and solution-level acceptance tests
- Evaluate requirements and design documents to verify testability and alignment with telecom industry standards
- Align testing efforts across diverse technical teams, environments, and solution modules
- Generate and deliver test reports, quality indicators, and assessments of release readiness
- Promote ongoing enhancement of testing methodologies, processes, and tooling within the organization
- Assist in seamless transition of solutions to customers and operational support teams
