Eurofins Belgium NL is hiring a Test Engineer, Environmental Simulation Laboratory (ESL)

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication and support.
• Support clients in preparing for tests and resolving any issues during the process.
• Manage project timelines and ownership from initial consultation through final report delivery.
• Delegate tasks effectively to test technicians based on project needs.
• Interpret and communicate results with expert-level understanding of key testing areas.
• Conduct environmental simulation tests using specialized equipment and software platforms.
• Develop mechanical designs using computer-aided design (CAD) tools.
• Assign work to test technicians and provide ongoing technical supervision.
• Support project definition and cost estimation activities when required.
• Participate in technical audits aligned with ISO 17025 standards.
• Lead project scoping and quotation development independently.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness in designated work areas.
• Achieve or surpass individual performance targets and objectives.
• Stay informed on updates to industry standards and regulatory directives affecting testing practices.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management based on experience or learnability.
