About the Role

We are seeking a Test Automation Engineer to help build a product that enhances human interaction with intelligent systems. You will collaborate with a talented team at the forefront of consumer-facing AI innovation, within a culture that supports both remote and in-person collaboration across multiple hubs.

Responsibilities

Architect scalable automation infrastructure aligned with organizational objectives.
Create and execute automation strategies to validate non-deterministic systems using test and production data.
Develop and manage cross-platform automated testing frameworks for iOS, Android, and web applications.
Design canary testing approaches to detect production issues early.
Work closely with engineers, product leads, and stakeholders to define requirements and testing approaches.
Embed automated testing within CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous delivery.
Review test outcomes, detect defects, and coordinate with development teams for resolution.
Assess and propose new testing tools and technologies to enhance quality and efficiency.
Oversee the setup and maintenance of test environments and test data integrity.
Keep pace with advancements in test automation and quality assurance methodologies.
Develop and sustain frameworks ensuring adherence to engineering best practices in production.
