Responsibilities
- Ensure alignment with corporate quality standards and defined testing methodologies.
- Enforce consistent application of software development lifecycle and testing processes in automation efforts.
- Assist Test Managers and Leads in meeting automation targets for the team.
- Take ownership of the test automation solution and manage associated assets for the assigned project or unit.
- Develop automation frameworks that comply with enterprise-wide standards.
- Set up, configure, and maintain automation environments and supporting frameworks.
- Offer technical expertise in creating, updating, and improving test scripts.
- Evaluate automation performance in identifying defects and optimizing execution time.
- Diagnose and fix issues within the automation framework.
- Deploy, operate, and manage test automation tools efficiently.
- Work closely with developers, project leads, business stakeholders, and end-user representatives.
- Promote the value and adoption of automation practices within the delivery team.
- Produce documentation and deliver sustained support for automation systems.
- Lead training initiatives and build automation capabilities across testing staff.
