Responsibilities
- Create and implement a strategic plan to grow market presence in a defined territory by engaging key healthcare stakeholders
- Conduct regular outreach to physicians, nurses, and other medical professionals across various specialties
- Maintain professional relationships using a blend of face-to-face and digital communication methods to optimize productivity
- Engage with both chain and independent retail pharmacies to promote product offerings
- Leverage analytics and market data to prioritize high-impact opportunities and improve sales efficiency
- Achieve or surpass established sales and profitability objectives
- Record and monitor territory activity and customer interactions using a CRM platform
