Responsibilities

  • Create and implement a strategic plan to identify and connect with key healthcare decision makers in a defined region
  • Engage regularly with physicians, nurses, and other medical professionals across various specialties
  • Maintain relationships using a combination of face-to-face and digital interactions to optimize outreach efficiency
  • Conduct sales activities with both chain and independent retail pharmacies
  • Leverage analytics and data insights to prioritize high-impact opportunities and improve performance
  • Achieve or surpass established sales and profitability targets
  • Record and monitor territory activity and customer interactions using a CRM platform
