Responsibilities
- Create and implement a strategic plan to identify and connect with key healthcare decision makers in a defined region
- Engage regularly with physicians, nurses, and other medical professionals across various specialties
- Maintain relationships using a combination of face-to-face and digital interactions to optimize outreach efficiency
- Conduct sales activities with both chain and independent retail pharmacies
- Leverage analytics and data insights to prioritize high-impact opportunities and improve performance
- Achieve or surpass established sales and profitability targets
- Record and monitor territory activity and customer interactions using a CRM platform
