Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Minimum of three years of direct sales experience in pharmaceuticals or healthcare
- Proven history of achieving or surpassing sales targets within a self-managed territory
- Strong business judgment and ability to understand and convey clinical data to medical professionals
- Exceptional organizational abilities and efficient time management
- Superior verbal and written communication capabilities
- Skilled in building relationships and engaging effectively in virtual settings
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Veeva
- Self-motivated while also contributing positively to team objectives
- High level of accuracy and commitment to completing tasks thoroughly
- Competency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
